(KSL News) West Valley City Police have issued an endangered persons advisory for four missing people.

They believe 21-year-old Karl Ramirez and 17-year-old Sara Ulloa have taken off with their children, 15-month-old Celeste Ramirez and 3-year-old Evan Ramirez.

A court had earlier awarded custody of the children to their mother, Sara, as long as she lived with her parents and that Karl didn't see the children. Yesterday, Judge Andrew Valdez revoked that custody and turned the children over to the Department of Child and Family Services.

Police believe the adults and the two children took off in Sara's parent's car, a gray 1996 Ford Taurus with Ski Utah license plate 635 NRG.

Police think they may be headed to California.
