(KSL News) More than 400 people participated in the fifth annual "Blow the Whistle on Asthma" walk at Sugar House Park today.

The American Lung Association of Utah, the event's sponsor, is working to prevent lung disease and promote lung health.

Lung disease is the number three killer of Americans. Currently, more than 60,000 Utahns have asthma.

The money raised will help fund research and increase awareness of lung disease.
