(KSL News) Delta Air Lines is coming out of bankruptcy protection.

A federal bankruptcy judge approved Delta's plan to exit bankruptcy.

The nation's third largest airline spent nearly 20 months reorganizing, cutting 6,000 jobs and slashing $3 billion in costs.

The company is expected to emerge from bankruptcy next Monday.
