(KSL News) A man accused in the murder of a convenience store clerk will stand trial.

Marcus Lamont Crocker faces one count of aggravated murder, which could bring the death penalty if he is convicted.

Man to Stand Trial for Murder of Convenience Store Clerk

Prosecutors say Crocker shot and killed Kang Ho Lee during a robbery at the Sunshine Market in Salt Lake on September 6, 2001.

Crocker will be arraigned next month.
