BOUNTIFUL, Utah (AP) -- A trial has been set for a man charged in the fatal shooting of a Mormon missionary and the injury of another in Virginia last year.
Twenty-year-old James Boughton Jr. faces several charges, including first-degree murder, in the death of Morgan Winslow Young from Bountiful. Boughton also reportedly shot and wounded Joshua Heidbrink of Greeley, Colorado.
Court records say the two had been going door to door in Chesapeake, Virginia, when they were shot.
Boughton had been set to go to trial in March, but it was continued. His new trial is scheduled in October.
