SANDY -- The Utah premiere of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" is less than two hours away, and 15,000 people are expected to watch it during midnight showings on five screens at the Megaplex Theatres at Jordan Commons.
Those waiting are in a festive mood Tuesday evening.
"It's just so fun to be in on the excitement," said "Twilight" fan Emily Dziatlik. "Everyone loves vampires, and when they see us around they want to take pictures, and we love it."
This is the third installment in the vampire romance franchise, and it is booked in a record number of theaters for its debut. It opens in 4,416 theaters nationwide.
