MIDVALE, Utah (AP) -- Police are still searching for a man who's wanted in connection with the theft of some ammunition from a sporting goods store.

The incident happened last week at Sportsman's Warehouse in Midvale.

Police say the shoplifter apparently opened a box of .38 special bullets, grabbed around 15 rounds and then fled the store.

Moments later, a responding officer reportedly spotted the man and began chasing him. However, police say the man was eventually able to lose the officer.

Investigators later reviewed the surveillance video at the store. They say the shoplifter is described as an Hispanic man in his 20s with black greased-back hair.
