SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Joe Germaine threw 10 touchdown passes --five to Siaha Burley -- to lead the Utah Blaze to a 76-63 victory over the Los Angeles Avengers on Friday night in the Arena Football League.

Germaine was 32-of-39 for 371 yards, and Bailey finished with 14 catches for 175 yards for the Blaze (5-2). Tom Pace added 11 receptions for 125 yards and three TDs.

The Avengers dropped to 3-3.

Germaine threw two touchdown passes, both to WR Tom Pace, to give Utah a 13-7 lead over Los Angeles after one quarter of play. The Avengers scored on a 32-yard pass from QB Sonny Cumbie to WR/DB Kevin Ingram.

After Cumbie connected with Ingram again to start the second quarter, the Blaze score 21 consecutive points, including two touchdowns passes to WR Siaha Burley and another to Pace, to take a 34-14 lead.

The teams traded a pair of touchdowns to close the half.

The Avengers outscored the Blaze 21-7 in the third quarter to pull within six, 55-49.

Germaine continued his aerial assault in the fourth quarter throwing for three more touchdowns, bringing his total to 10 for the night. Burley recorded his fifth touchdown reception on a 35-yard score to start the fourth quarter.

Cumbie found WR Rob Turner on a 12-yard touchdown pass, but Germaine threw consecutive scores to John Culp and Aaron Boone to make it 76-56. The Avengers would score once more on a 39-yard touchdown pass from Cumbie to WR Lenzie Jackson, but it would not be enough.

Germaine finished 32 of 39 for 371 yards and 10 touchdowns. Burley led all receivers with 14 receptions for 175 yards and five touchdowns. Pace had 11 receptions for 125 yards and three scores.
