(KSL News) Johnson and Johnson is recalling four million bottles of "Listerine Agent Cool Blue" rinse.

The company says the "Glacier Mint" and "Bubble Blast" flavors may be contaminated.

There have been no reports of health problems and the company is offering refunds.
