FAIRVIEW -- A Mount Pleasant man was killed in a rollover crash on U.S. Highway 89 Sunday.
According to the Utah Department of Public Safety, 73-year-old Roy Wesley Walker was driving his 2004 Chevrolet 2500 pickup north near mile marker 286 just after 6:30 a.m. He suddenly drifted off the side of the road and over-corrected, causing the truck to roll.
The impact threw Walker from the vehicle. He died at the scene.
Troopers say Walker was the only one in the truck. He was not wearing a seat belt.
Troopers have ruled out alcohol as a factor in the crash.
