The suspects, Carl Racker and Shae Kley, finally gave up the chase and holed up in an apartment. Home video shows us what happened when the SWAT team moved in after a standoff that lasted for hours. They broke down the door and moved in with guns at the ready.

Both now face a number of charges including drug possession, obstruction of justice, burglary and criminal mischief.

Bail is set at $15,000 for Kley. Racker is being held without bail.
