(KSL News) A 45-year-old Tooele man died this afternoon in a construction accident. The man was helping to pour a concrete wall at a private cabin near Brighton. He was on a scaffolding about 35 feet above ground, when the concrete hose became clogged.
As the crew tried to clear it, the man either fell or was knocked off the scaffolding, and landed on his head. He died at the scene.
Investigators don't believe he was wearing any safety equipment. They have notified OSHA, which also will investigate the accident.
