(KSL News) Park City Police have captured one of their most wanted criminals. Twenty-five-year old Arternio Tinoco-Perez, a fugitive since 2000, was arrested Saturday on charges of aggravated assault and DUI.
Perez is also the prime suspect in two felony rape cases under investigation in Summit County.
Police received information where Perez was living. A police officer recognized him and made the arrest.
Perez had 24 aliases, and federal agents are working to verify his identity.
