Midvale Trailer Park Residents Being Ousted for Town Homes

(KSL News) Moving day is fast approaching for the three remaining residents of a Midvale trailer park.

Dozens of mobile homes have already been moved from the White Manor Park in preparation for the building of 33 new townhomes on the land.

Midvale Trailer Park Residents Being Ousted for Town Homes

The residents still there have been told their rent will go up $1,000 in May, and that all homes must be moved by mid-June.

The Salt Lake Community Action Program is trying to help those being moved out by soliciting donations to help them relocate.
