(KSL News) Initial tests show no harmful material in the mystery foam on the Green River.
We spotted the tail end of that foam from Chopper Five, after much of it had disintegrated. At one point, witnesses described three-foot thick chunks of foam, covering at least two miles of river.
The BLM provided samples of the foam to state water officials. Those samples were too small to do a full analysis, but water analysts said the tests they did came back clean.
The source of the foam may never be known.
