(KSL News) A man is shot twice-- once in each leg-- following an argument in Ogden.

Police say two men were arguing when one of them, Terrance Gaskins, called his buddies.

A man who did not want to be identified says he saw the whole thing. "I saw this truck pull up, and I heard a lot of screaming and yelling. Then I saw a dude get out and start shooting."

"We ran down there to see what was going on, and we found out my friend had been shot."

Police says Gaskins is not the shooter. Someone inside a red Suburban fired four shots. Two of those shots hit the victim, Mike Waddell.

A witness says the argument was over recent robberies in the neighborhood.
