(KSL News) -- A judge in Salt Lake City denied bail for a Bountiful man charged with killing his ex-wife.

David Edward Drommond is being held without bail.

He faces charges of murder, attempted aggravated murder and a misdemeanor for violating a protective order.

Drommond is accused of shooting and killing his ex-wife last Sunday, as she arrived at his apartment to drop off the couple's two children for a visit.
