(KSL News) -- The Davis County man charged with killing his ex-wife could get the death penalty.
Davis County prosecutors charged a man with capital murder today for the death of his ex -wife in Bountiful. David Drommond was charged with aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder.
Police say Drommond shot and killed his ex-wife Janeil as she arrived at his front door to drop off their children. He's also accused of shooting her father, who's in critcal condition.
Prosecutors say they may seek the death penalty.
