(KSL News) -- Residents of last week's sewer disaster in Provo will meet tonight to talk about what to do next.
The problem started when someone took the cover off of a manhole, which allowed a small dog to get inside and cause a serious back up.
It caused raw sewage to backflow into 17 homes. Police are still looking for suspects.
Provo City has offered to fix the damage and will offer depreciated value replacement to personal items damaged.
Residents tonight will discuss if the offer is enough or if the city needs to do more.
