BOUNTIFUL — Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who they say exposed himself to two girls at a school on Wednesday.
The man approached the two 9-year-old girls at the Oak Hills Elementary playground about 5 p.m. Wednesday, Bountiful Police officials said in a tweet Thursday evening.
He is described as an older white man with short white hair and a white beard, police said. The man was wearing black shorts and shoes and no shirt.
The girls first noticed that the man was walking toward them with his shorts at his ankles, police said. The girls tried to hide from the man in a group of trees, but he followed them and blocked them from leaving the trees, police said.
He did not touch the girls and then left the area, according to police.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to call the Bountiful Police Department at 801-298-6000.
