THE DANCE FLOOR — For those of you who don't know what a high school stomp is let me set the scene for you.

An intense gaggle of high school kids pack into a hot gym while music pumps through the speakers and dancing ensues. It's not great dancing. In fact, at my high school, about 90 percent of the kids were terrible dancers. But the worst of all of them was me. I have the rhythm of a dying fish and the grace of a beached whale.

With that said, I'd always longingly look at that 10 percent of the student body that knew how to dance and impressed everyone at the stomp. I still have great respect for those who have control of their body and know how to move with grace and beauty. That is why I love this video and also why it hurt my brain in the best way possible.

B-Dash and Jaja Vankova gave us all an early Christmas present last December (that none of us actually saw until now) at the World of Dance competition in Boston. These two pull off a dance number that is hypnotic, haunting and at times seems impossible.

Yesterday's Have You Seen This?

I have watched this video several times because I can't decide who I want to watch and keep an eye on. And I'm still trying to understand how these dancers pulled off some of these moves, and if the human body can actually perform them. Obviously, they can, according to this video, but I'm still not sure I believe it.

Watch the video, watch it again, and then one more time and then take a nap and come back to it later after you've given your brain a rest.
