WEST JORDAN — Several homes and cars were hit in an early morning drive-by shooting near 5500 West and 6885 South, officials report.

The drive-by occurred about 12:10 a.m., according to West Jordan Police Lt. James Bigelow. Several houses and three cars were struck by bullets but no one was wounded.

Officials believe the shooting may have been gang-related.

No arrests had been made as of Sunday afternoon.
