OGDEN (AP) — Jerrick Harding drilled five from distance and totaled 29 points as Weber State rolled over Sacramento State 80-64 in Big Sky Conference action on Thursday night.

Weber State (11-7, 4-2) has won four of its last five games.

The Wildcats nailed 10 treys in the first half but only led 37-36 at the break. They finished hitting 13 of 23 from distance, making 26 of 53 (49 percent) from the floor. Sacramento State was 25 of 62, hitting 8 of 17 from distance. Weber State made nine more free throws than the Hornets.

Sacramento State opened the second period on a 9-6 run to go up 45-43. Weber State's Brekkott Chapman slammed home a dunk to start a 16-5 surge for a 59-50 lead at the 8:47 mark. Justin Strings hit a trey and Bryce Fowler added a layup to close to 63-60 with 5:20 remaining.

The Wildcats finished with a 17-4 surge.

Izayah Mauriohoohoo-Le'Afa led the Hornets (5-14, 2-4) with 19 points.
