11:45 a.m. Trump tours Welfare Square.

12:40 p.m. Trump speaks at the state Capitol.

1:35 p.m. Trump departs from the Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base.

Downtown traffic and bus and train service will be impacted between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., Utah Transit Authority officials said in a tweet. Specific road closures and travel restrictions have not yet been released. This article will be updated as soon as more information becomes available.

A temporary flight restriction has been set in place during Trump’s visit for all drones and most aircraft. No drones or manned aircraft are allowed to fly within a 30-mile radius of Salt Lake City besides medical aircraft and regularly scheduled flights from the airport.

The restrictions extend south to Orem and north to Ogden. They also extend past Coalville and Oakley to the east and past Tooele City to the west. The southeastern section of the Great Salt Lake is also restricted.

The larger red circle on the map below shows the size of the restrictions for drones and aircraft.
