SWEETSVILLE — Do you like candy? So do we.
But do you know what we like more? These great moments from the weekend.
That’s a lot of sweets
Remember when former Jazzman Kyle Korver told us he ate 25-30 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches per week?
It turns out, he was just ahead of the trend.
Dwight Howard revealed to ESPN the Magazine that he used to down 24 candy bars per day. Twenty-four.
How much sugar is that? We put Rod Zundel to the test to see if he could stomach that much candy. Watch his reaction.
Daddy’s on TV
Matt Van Oekel is a goalkeeper for Real Salt Lake, and he earned his first career MLS shutout with the Sandy-based club’s 0-0 draw at New York on Saturday.
Whether you think a point on the road or more scoreless soccer is good or bad for RSL, Van Oekel showed he’s a pretty good goalkeeper by making three saves to preserve the tie.
More importantly, Van Oekel is also a father, and his son reacted to seeing “daddy” during a post-match interview.
Did my son just kiss the tv? Yes, yes he did. #daddy#rsl#mvofest@RealSaltLake@MVOextremepic.twitter.com/4EeJ8NTsRv

Monster flip
History was made Saturday in Las Vegas with the Monster Jam world finals.
“Mad Scientist” was the first front flip at a Monster Jam event in history. Driver Lee O'Donnell won the event, why not?
Zag-tastic
Gonzaga blew out Xavier en route to its first Final Four in school history, but that wasn’t the weirdest thing that happened Friday night.
Click the video above to see a pair of trick shots — only one that counted — and the best defense played on the Zags’ Josh Perkins in 40 minutes.
