LAYTON — Police were asking the public Saturday to help them find a teenager who could be in danger.

Kiona Hill-Decou, 16, was last seen in Layton on Wednesday, according to a missing child alert tweeted out by the Latyon Police Department. Investigators believe she is with Payton Harvell, also 16.

Police said Harvell was possibly driving a stolen white car and is "allegedly on a drug binge, armed with a handgun." They believe Hill-Decou may have been taken against her will.

Hill-Decou may also be with Lola Rene Anderson, 19, police said.

The teens are believed to be in the Salt Lake Area. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
