OREM, Utah (AP) — An Orem chiropractor has been accused of sexually assaulting two women who visited him for evaluations.

The Daily Herald reports that 56-year-old Dale Heath appeared in court Tuesday where his attorney addressed concerns about the credibility of one of the victims.

Heath is set to go to separate trials for each victim as well as a third trial focusing on allegations of false documents filed with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.

A judge will review the defense's concerns and rule on them at a later date.
