BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON — Days after rain pounded the Wasatch Front, hikers on Sunday enjoyed clear skies and a near perfect day with beautiful fall colors near the Donut Falls trail in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

The good weather is expected to continue through Wednesday, when the next low pressure system rolls through. Monday's high temperature should be 75 degrees in Salt Lake City with 80 degrees for highs on Tuesday and Wednesday.
