PASATIEMPO, Calif. — Some California residents are feeling a little less secure in their backyards after the release of a recent YouTube video. The footage from a homeowner’s surveillance camera shows a mountain lion bounding over a perimeter fence like it’s nothing more than a speed bump.

According to a report from KTVU, this is the third time the mountain lion has been captured by motion-triggered cameras in the past couple months. You can see footage from his earlier visit to the same property by clicking here.

So how high was the fence the cat jumped over? According to the video’s description, it’s about 6-feet tall. And while that may sound like an impressive obstacle for the cat to clear, mountain lions are reportedly capable of jumping more than twice that height if necessary.
