1. Charles Barkley fails at 3-point contest

What’s better than having a nice 3-point shooting contest among friends?

For Turner Sports’ Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley, it’s more than just friendly competition.

In February, Barkley began to pick on Johnson (as usual) and said Ernie could not beat him in a 3-point contest. Having had enough of Barkley’s ridicule, Johnson decided to accept the challenge.

On Monday, Sir Charles and EJ stopped the trash talking — mainly from Barkley — and settled the score.

It did not go well for the Chuckster.

Barkley went 7 of 20 while Johnson went 10 of 20 to win the 3-point challenge, which you can watch the full competition here.

Johnson, a proud grandfather, dedicated the win to all the grandpas out in the world.

The Golden State Warriors could've used "Elevator" Ernie Johnson in [Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals](https://www.ksl.com/?sid=39912716&nid=141). EJ has a better 3-point field goal percentage than Steph Curry has had these past few games.

Stay humble, Chuck, and please continue giving the world these golden nuggets of hilariousness on TNT:

2\. Draymond Green’s kick gets the cable mini series treatment =============================================================

If you’ve been watching the Western Conference Finals, you know there was a bit of controversy in Game 3 when Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green “inadvertently” kicked Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams in a sensitive area. Upon further review, the NBA on Monday decided not to suspend Green for his actions.

The good folks at “The Ringer” — Bill Simmons’ new site — decided the controversy deserved more than just endless rants on social media and “embrace debate” sports shows. Draymond’s kick deserved its own “The People vs. O.J. Simpson” mini-series trailer.

Nicely done, Ringer. We expect a “Game of Thrones” NBA Finals trailer from you next week.

3. Neymar meets his wax figure double

Life is good for Brazilian national team and FC Barcelona superstar Neymar.

The 24-year-old recently helped Barça win the La Liga and Copa del Rey titles in Spain. Neymar is expected to get a contract extension with Barcelona, and will represent his nation in the upcoming Summer Olympics in Rio. "Ney" even has a Jordan brand sneaker coming out this summer.

What’s next? How about a wax figure.

Neymar and his Madame Tussauds wax figure met in Barcelona on Tuesday. The Brazilian was “very involved” with the creation of the figure, according to FCBarcelona.com. The wax figure will be housed in Madame Tussauds’ wax museum in Orlando.

“I’m looking at my twin brother!” Neymar said when he saw the figure. "I cannot wait for my fans all over the world to meet my wax twin in Orlando!”

It does look just like Ney — even the crazy hair is spot on.

A new contract, championships, your own Jordan sneakers and now a wax figure.

It's good to be young, famous, rich and talented.

4. Miguel Cabrera shows respect to pitcher who struck him out

Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera can hit baseballs out of the ballpark with the best of them. He's one of MLB's hottest hitters these days.

He can also strike out with the best of them as well. That's the life of home run hitters/chasers.

On Tuesday, Cabrera went up against Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Jeremy Hellickson in the second inning of the Tigers vs. Phillies game. Hellickson struck out Cabrera with a nice change-up in the dirt.

It was so nice, Cabrera gave Hellickson props via a thumbs-up.

You don't see this every day. Props to Hellickson for the K and props to Cabrera for being one cool cat. ![](https://beacon.deseretconnect.com/beacon.gif?cid=402938&pid=4)
