SALT LAKE CITY — All of Utah’s ski resorts are out of the running after the second round of our “best attraction” poll.
National and state parks seem to be dominating the competition so far, with Lagoon and Temple Square being the only non-park attractions to make it to the Sweet 16 from our original 64. This round pits some of Utah’s most popular locations against each other, so brace yourself for hard choices.
Below are some interesting numbers from the round of 32:
- Closest vote: Lagoon (2,240) vs. Dinosaur National Monument (2,109)
- Biggest upset: Anasazi State Park (2,820) vs. Utah State Capitol (1,826)
- Most decisive win: Bryce Canyon (3,896) vs. Antelope Island State Park (432)
