Calm, peaceful and untroubled; tranquil. All words that describe serene. Let's face it, though. What one finds serene could be another's kryptonite. Serenity is in the eye of the beholder. The nice thing about Utah, especially in winter, are the serene scenes all around us.
Serenity for one could be enjoying the look of fresh snow clinging to a tree from you living room window the morning after a blizzard. For another, it's reaching a million dollar view at the end of a hike, or it could be shredding down one of Utah's world-class mountains. It may be observing nature's intricate patterns, or it could be the hardy wildlife playing in a blanket of snow.
So take a few moments and enjoy these photos taken by those enjoying the serene winter life in Utah.
