MAGNA — A 19-year-old man with a gunshot wound showed up at a Dominos Pizza shop late Monday. Police said he was shot while riding with two other people in a car.

The incident started when the man picked up two men near 4600 West and 5400 South in Kearns, according to Lt. Dan McConkey of the Unified Police Department.

After driving for a while, the men in the car began fighting. One of the men shot the victim in the leg, McConkey said.

The pair dropped the victim off near 2700 South and 8000 West in Magna, where he made his way to a nearby Dominos.

Police are looking for the victim's car and the men who were in it, but said they'll have to wait to get more information.

"We haven't really had a chance to talk with him," McConkey said. "He was kind of in and out, really struggling to talk with us."

The victim was taken to an area hospital in fair condition Tuesday morning, according to McConkie.
