SALT LAKE CITY — Each Tuesday we take a look back at the past week in news and events from across Utah, showcasing photos and videos submitted to KSL.com.

The talk of the town last week was the heavy rainfall and hail that visited many parts of the state. But as Utahns know, it's hard to resist capturing the Utah sky, even amidst the flooded streets and homes. That being said, there's plenty of pictures and videos of flooding too.

As we head deeper into fall, rain isn't the only change in the state. Utahns continued to photograph the changing fall colors and increased wildlife sightings that the season seems to bring. If you don't get your fill of fall photos here, check out this gallery, which also includes the best places in Utah to see fall colors.
