Building a soccer stadium on the Utah State Fair Park grounds would bring a lot of money to the city and the state. It would also mean year-round use of the park. Now it just needs to pass through the legislature. Senator Kevin Van Tassell and Micheal Steele joined us to talk about what still needs to happen.
