SALT LAKE CITY — Not much snow stuck to roads along the Wasatch Front Thursday morning, but some areas that looked normal turned out to be very slick.

Numerous slide-offs and a few rollover accidents were reported during the Thursday morning commute.

Officers with the Utah Highway Patrol said a driver traveling too fast for conditions lost control on westbound state Route 201. The truck rolled about 200 feet onto the 3200 West on-ramp. When the truck flipped, fuel leaked onto the road.

The truck's driver was taken to a hospital with complaints of back pain, but was said to be OK.

Elsewhere, a crash closed all lanes in both directions on Redwood Road at I-215 north for a time. The road has since been reopened. Restrictions were lifted for Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons after being closed earlier in the day.

There was not a lot of snow, but some areas remained slick, particularly overpasses, the UHP said.
