The Miss Daisy Burger
Yield 1 burger

Cook time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 Harmons Bob’s Burger Patty
2 slices Harmons Fresh Brioche (Toasted)- available only on Fridays
2 teaspoons of butter
1 ounce De Nangis Brie Cheese cut in slices
1 Tablespoon Mayo
1 Tablespoon Apple Butter
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
3-4 leaves of cleaned Spinach
Directions
1. Grill Patty to desired doneness.
2. Slice the Brioche at about 1” thick and spread with butter. Toast on a grill or griddle.
3. Spread Mayonnaise on toasted bread.
4. Place cooked patty onto bottom piece of bread.
5. Place Brie on hot patty.
6. Add a dollop of apple butter and Dijon.
7. Place leaves of spinach on dressings.
8. Top with Brioche.
