ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Cameron Jones scored 21 points and Rashun Davis sank the winning bucket to lift Radford to a 60-59 win over Big South leader UNC Asheville on Thursday night.

Trailing by five with 2:50 to play, Radford (14-11, 7-6 Big South) got a 3-pointer from YaYa Anderson to cut it 59-57, then Davis went 1 for 2 from the line to make it a one-point game. A turnover set up the winning layup by Davis with 19 seconds left and Asheville's Dylan Smith missed a 3-pointer just ahead of the buzzer.

Davis finished with 16 points and Ed Polite Jr. hauled in 11 rebounds for the Highlanders, who took their first lead of the second half with the winning bucket.

Dwayne Sutton's 16 points led three UNC Asheville players in double figures. The Bulldogs (17-9, 10-4) remain a half-game ahead of Winthrop atop the conference standings.
