In a story Feb. 21 about a former Arkansas judge being sentenced after admitting to giving male defendants lighter sentences in exchange for sexual favors, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the judge took pictures of one of the victim's tattoos. Richard Milliman said he declined to let the judge take photos of his tattoos. The story also should have explained that Milliman first came forward publicly in 2016.
