SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Three people have been hospitalized after police say a gang fight broke out near a Salt Lake home.
The Deseret News reports (http://bit.ly/1erNNj3) at least one of the three injured has been left in serious condition. Police say suspected gang members confronted each other in a yard with blunt weapons, including crow bars and baseball bats.
Salt Lake police detective Richard Chipping says the fight began after a group arrived outside of the home in a brown or black Jeep Cherokee. The group and their vehicle were still at large as of late Monday.
The detective says the fight is related to previous arguments that have occurred between the gang members.
