TO BUSINESS, AND TECHNOLOGY EDITORS:

VictorOps Adds Integrations With Crittercism, Splunk and Zenoss

BOULDER, Colo., April 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- VictorOps, a

collaboration and incident management platform designed for DevOps

teams, today announced the addition of Crittercism, Splunk, and Zenoss

to its roster of enterprise level integrations. With these additions,

VictorOps will continue to deliver enterprise ready support for

large-scale infrastructures and applications.

The VictorOps platform maintains connections with an unlimited number

of tools through its API and email integrations. The addition of

Crittercism, Splunk, and Zenoss brings the number of first-class

integrations to 11.

Crittercism Integration Crittercism is the leading mobile application

performance management (mAPM) solution that provides actionable,

granular-level data for IT Operations, Product Managers and

Developers. The integration of Crittercism with VictorOps, provides

organizations a view into the overall health of their technology

infrastructure. When an alert is triggered in Crittercism, an incident

in VictorOps will be created so that customers can access VictorOp's

on-call schedule management and incident notification system.

"The integration between Crittercism and VictorOps ensures that IT

teams can work together efficiently and effectively to deliver high

performing mobile experiences," said Justin Liu, Director of Business

Development, Crittercism. "DevOps teams need real-time visibility into

all mobile and IT performance metrics to quickly begin the resolution

process and minimize any negative impact of disruptions on the

business."

Splunk Integration Splunk takes machine data generated by IT systems

and technology infrastructures and allows users to query, analyze and

monitor them in real-time. It detects anomalies and problems with

applications, systems and IT infrastructures.

With the new Splunk/VictorOps integration, users can be alerted to

statistically interesting or anomalous system issues in real-time

notifying the right person with the right knowledge to solve the

problem. VictorOps is drawing on the power of its platform to fully

support the more than 5,200 licensed customers, including half of the

Fortune 100, that are using Splunk.

Zenoss Integration Zenoss is an enterprise IT operations platform that

delivers unified monitoring and service analytics, enabling IT to

proactively identify and address performance and availability issues

before the business is impacted. Its widely deployed technology

addresses the needs of physical, virtual, and cloud-based

infrastructures.

The integration with VictorOps extends the Zenoss solution by sharing

critical information from these hybrid IT environments with DevOps

teams through event triggers and notifications.

"Integrating DevOps more closely with infrastructure operations only

makes sense in today's always up and continuous deployment culture,"

said Bill Karpovich, CEO, Zenoss. "By sharing information across the

IT organization, beyond system administrator and IT operations teams,

through these types of integrations, the efficiency of the

organization will only increase and downtime will be reduced, which

will ultimately decrease the cost of IT operations."

With these additions, the current enterprise class of integration

includes:

-- Technical Support: SalesForce, UserVoice

-- Application Layer: Crittercism, New Relic, Pingdom, Splunk

-- Core Infrastructure: Amazon CloudWatch, Nagios/Icinga, Sensu,

Zabbix, Zenoss

"We continue to listen to our community of users as a way to examine

the leading technologies being used inside of enterprise IT

departments," said Todd Vernon, CEO and co-founder, VictorOps.

"Through these integrations we are bringing new levels of

communication to DevOps as a way to ensure everyone on the team has

access to all of the information. This approach makes it easier for

people to be involved in getting to a solution yet still stay plugged

into their normal lives."

VictorOps continues to look to add integrations like these that

support both enterprise level infrastructures and applications. The

goal is to provide more information about systems and infrastructures

and deeper visibility to DevOps teams, which leads to smarter and more

efficient decision-making.
