THE MOUNTAIN — Many skiers started hitting the slopes as young as 3 years old, but even those hardcore skiers likely couldn't do what 11-year-old Kai Jones is doing at his age.
This video shows off Kai doing what he does best: ski.
Kai is just 11, but he can shred any slope as well, if not better than pretty much anyone else on the mountain. The video was shot in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and features Kai riding steep trails, deep powder and throwing backflips as easily as I sit in a recliner.
The video starts off with Kai being denied entry into a PG-13 movie because of his age and not being able to order a sandwich because he was sitting at the bar. So what does a kid do when he can't get his Avengers on or pound a sandwich? He shreds a mountain better than most adults.
The video is a blast to watch and it's hard to remember sometimes that the skier you're watching isn't even in junior high yet, and is still five years away from being able to drive a car.
Watch the video and get excited for ski season. Try not to get depressed that this 11-year-old is a much better skier than you.
