SALT LAKE CITY — Police are seeking three men who have been tied to three burglaries in the downtown Salt Lake City area, police said.
The three male burglars were caught on surveillance video breaking into secured parking areas at the Brigham Street Apartments at 201 E. South Temple, according to police. Several break-ins occurred between May and July and detectives have tied the same men to as many as three cases.
Police said the men target bike storage units within apartment complexes. The burglars have stolen several bikes and tools and have damaged property. According to witness accounts and video surveillance, the burglars drive a blue Ford Focus hatchback with partial Utah license plate, #D255AE.
