MURRAY — Murray police are searching for vandals who sprayed fire extinguishers inside a meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Neighbors heard alarms going off at the building located on Clay Park Drive and called police around 1:30 a.m.

Officers found no sign of a break in but a window was open.

Inside someone had sprayed three extinguishers on the carpet and walls in one of the hallways.

No word on whether police have a description or any leads on those responsible.
