SALT LAKE CITY -- We're hearing more about Steven Powell's admitted obsession with his daughter in law, Susan. These feelings were reportedly the reason behind love songs he wrote and posted on his website.

A woman who claims to be the ex-girlfriend of Steven Powell, told Examiner.com that Susan was the focal point of the songs he posted on his website.

In one song called "Waiting For You," Powell writes, "I could be getting a mistaken impression, Each time you seem to gaze at me. You let me touch you softly. ‘Why?' is the question."

Powell wrote this for the song "To Be With You":

"If there were simple answers for a way to be with you There isn't much I wouldn't try or much I wouldn't do." Powell wrote another song called, "I'm Missing You," where he writes,

"I can love you in a secret way. I can love you each and every day. There is nothing I can't see. There is nothing you can't be. It's not perfect, but I'm missing you!" The Examiner's anonymous source that Powell was pining for a love he could never have.
