TORONTO (AP) — Raptors center Bismack Biyombo faces a suspension for a potential Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals after picking up a flagrant foul in the first quarter of Game 6 on Friday night.

Biyombo's flagrant foul 1 for elbowing Cleveland's Kevin Love gave him four flagrant foul points in the postseason, which would trigger a one-game suspension unless it is rescinded by the NBA.

Biyombo knocked Love to the ground while spinning for a basket with 3:18 remaining in the period. Referees reviewed the play, called the flagrant and waved off the basket.

In Toronto's Game 3 win, Biyombo was called for a flagrant foul for a high tackle on LeBron James. He set a Raptors record with 26 rebounds in that game as Toronto handed the Cavaliers their first playoff loss after 10 straight wins.

Biyombo has started all six games of the series in place of Jonas Valanciunas, who sprained his right ankle in Game 3 against Miami in the previous round.
