As electric cars become more and more mainstream, experts are still trying to figure out the best and fastest way to get those cars charged. A company called HEVO Power will debut some wireless electric charging devices in New York next year. They look just like manhole covers and all the working parts are underneath the road. Drivers can use a smartphone app to help them line their car up on the charger.

Technology in cars gets better and better, but motorcycle riders don't need to be left out. Check out this slick new helmet from Skully. It has a heads-up display to give you turn-by-turn directions, or just your basic map. Plus, there is a rear-mounted camera to give you a 180-view. No word on price yet, beta testing is next.

Ski bums, are you ready to take it to the next level? The K2 Kwicker split-Board System is light and easy to use. You use it in two parts to shimmy up the mountain, then hook it back together and switch the position of the bindings, it takes less than 30 seconds. Then, launch into that untouched powder. This will set you back about $1400. see you on the slopes!
