THE STREET — Let's be honest with ourselves. Age is just a number, and you're only as old as you feel.
This can actually go both ways sometimes because I often feel like I'm in my late 70s and not my mid-30s, but I know people in their mid-80s who feel like they're in their late 20s.
The point is that age shouldn't determine what we do, we should make that decision. And that's exactly what this man in Bilbao, Spain, did.
This video shows off Adrián and his incurable desire for a beat. Adrián found a young man rapping on the street in front of a department store and the next thing he knew, the rhymes and the bass took over his body. The man's belt may be closer to his neck than his waist and he was likely thinking about retirement when the performer was born, but who cares? Adrián can move and he's dancing like no one's watching.
Yesterday's Have You Seen This?
We should all learn a lesson from Adrián here and remember to never judge anyone because of their age. We should also learn that age is just a barometer of our years of experience and not a limitation. Get out there and dance, sing and play just like Adrián. Forget about the date on your driver's license and remember what you love to do.
