SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The Mormon church says a missionary was electrocuted by a live power line atop a building in Mexico.

Colt Daniel Kunz, of Victor, Idaho, is the 11th proselyting member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to die of illness or an accident this year.

Church spokeswoman Ruth Todd says the 20-year-old arrived in Mexico less than a month ago and died Wednesday. It wasn't immediately clear how the accident occurred.

Traffic and other accidents have claimed six other missionaries this year. Another four died from such illnesses as aneurysm, heart attack or tuberculosis meningitis. One of the missionaries was a woman.

Six of the 11 deaths were in foreign countries.

The Utah-based faith has 77,000 ambassadors serving around the world, more than at any time in the church's history.
