PROVO -- The college football season is nearly two months into the off-season. But that does not mean the teams are not working hard in preparation for the first game in September.

Head strength and conditioning coach Jay Omer gives his thoughts on the progress of the team in the report. He gives special analysis on how returned missionaries deal with the workouts and how they get back into football shape.
Veteran players Romney Fuga and Kyle Van Noy also give insight on the spring workouts and how they are preparing themselves for spring ball.
